WITH friends like these…. Bonkers Boris Johnson has been dropped in hot water by Makoto Okamoto after accepting free office space at the former GLC headquarters at County Hall to run his bid to become Mayor of London. The offer was made, according to an aide because, after falling out over some failed development plans in the capital, and moving his family in a huff to Paris – it’s the sort of thing squillionaires can do – Mr Okamoto “simply can’t stand Ken Livingstone”.
