However, it could be for Shadow Work and Pensions Secretary Chris Graying who deserves to spend some time in one for coming up with an idea horribly reminsicent of the “short, sharp, shock” that old Tory duffer Willie Whitelaw wanted to introduce when the nasty party was previously in power.
