You can feel his pain. Heavyweight Tory chairman Eric Pickles had a complaint to make. Some wag had set up a stall in the exhibition “mall”, as they like to call it at Tory conference, selling Gordon Brown’s Porky Pies (Geddit?). They sold out so fast poor Eric had no time to get his chops round one.
