Uhm, WRONG. The Accord stated that the Unity Gov't would be formed ahead of the elections, and that Zelaya's fate would be determined by Congress, instead of the Supreme Court. Zelaya's backers were hoping the Congress would have its arms twisted enough to back his return, but when it became apparent he'd have to stand by the deal he made, he's renegging on it.
